We can co-invest as well, and take a site to any stage: land to power to shell to rack. When we develop or co-invest, we are committed to taking it to completion — which takes significant risk out of the project.

The power dictates the building. We scope the shell, the density, the cooling, and the ramp schedule to what the site can actually deliver — so the plan survives contact with the utility.

We bring the builders to the table. Traditional design-build where it fits, modular and high-density deployments where speed matters — all partners we've worked with and will stand behind.

Tenant, operator & offtake matching
We connect a site with the right operator or hosting customer and help structure the offtake — so capacity is spoken for before it's energized.
